How to use:
- Place the WunderSpatzl on the mixing bowl lid and fill with the spaetzle dough.
- Spread the spaetzle evenly with a silicone spatula like the Flexispatel.
- The spaetzle are formed and will in the hot water in the mixing bowl.
- After a short cooking time, the spaetzle are can be skimmed off the bowl.
