How to Use :
The WunderSlicer® is placed on the mixing bowl lid making it visible to see all the action. It uses the mixing knife to drive the slicing disc. Thanks to the powerful Thermomix motor, the slicing process is accomplished in seconds. Simply start the Thermomix on speed 2.5 reverse mode and start slicing vegetables. The cut material collects in the WunderSlicer® container and can then be further processed as desired.
Note on the new "grating" and "slicing" modes on the TM6:
The WunderSlicer was developed for level 2.5 (counterclockwise rotation) and is particularly quiet in operation. The new "grating" and "slicing" modes on the Thermomix TM6 were designed for the Vorwerk vegetable styler and run at the higher level 4. This mode must be used for the WunderSlicer.
