The Parmesan slice can be used on both sides, allowing you to grate the hard cheese into fine or extra-fine flakes with an incomparable texture, depending on your needs.

How to Use :
- Attach the Parmesan slice to the lid unit of the WunderSlicer and mount the WunderSlicer on the food processor according to the operating instructions.
- Remove the rind from the Parmesan cheese.
- Process the Parmesan on level 2.5 reverse (for Thermomix)
Important instructions:
- Rinse thoroughly under running water before first use.
- Remove the rinds before grating and only work with light pressure.
- Not compatible with the Vorwerk vegetable cutter.
